1. Acceptance of terms

By registering, purchasing, or using Gandomhost's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Gandomhost currently offers Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting. Technical specifications, pricing, and data center location for each plan are listed on the relevant product page and available before purchase. Additional service types (domains, hosting, SSL, etc.) will be added in the future.

3. Registration and account

Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential. Any activity carried out through an account is the responsibility of the account holder.

4. Payment and billing

The current payment method is manual bank transfer. After transferring the invoice amount, the customer marks the invoice as "I've paid"; payment is then verified by the Gandomhost team before the service is activated. Late payment may delay service delivery or renewal.

5. Service delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the VPS is set up manually by our technical team, and access details (IP, username, password) are delivered via email and the customer panel. Typical delivery time is stated in each plan's description.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited content

Using Gandomhost's services for illegal activity, spam, cyberattacks, malware distribution, intellectual property infringement, or any activity unlawful under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without refund.

7. Renewal, suspension, and cancellation

Services are billed for the selected period (monthly/yearly), and customers may renew before the expiration date. If a service is not renewed or paid for, Gandomhost may suspend and, after a defined period, remove it. Customers may request cancellation at any time via a support ticket.

8. Refunds

Due to the manual, dedicated nature of service provisioning, amounts paid are non-refundable once a service has been delivered and activated, except where the failure is attributable to Gandomhost (e.g. service not delivered within the stated window).

9. Limitation of liability

Gandomhost strives to provide stable, high-quality service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Gandomhost is not liable for indirect damages arising from downtime, data loss, or misuse of the service by the customer. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups, although Gandomhost plans also include free backup space.

10. Changes to these terms

Gandomhost may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notification in the customer panel. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law and contact
